DASGIP Quality Management
Quality is the foundation of all successful business activities. DASGIP AG develops and manufactures products and services for process and information technology applications. By relying on an end-to-end quality management system integrated in the processes, DASGIP AG ensures that it can consistently meet the highest standards of quality. The quality management system complies with DIN EN ISO 9001 (since 1999) and its use is mandated within the entire company without exception. Implementation of the system is the responsibility of the Quality Management Representative as well as of all employees who work under the following tenets:

Qualified technical service, including a personal point of contact for each customer and a prompt response to user enquiries, is a given.

Quality inspections are carried out in each phase of the product cycle in accordance with the respective process, work and test directives.
Final in-house testing of all systems (Factory Acceptance Test, FAT) and fully documented on-site commissioning by a DASGIP technician (Site Acceptance Test - SAT) underscores our commitment to high quality standards. Upon request, DASGIP AG furthermore offers more extensive documentation and testing as part of installation and commissioning (IQ/OQ).
