Integrated DoE for Benchtop Bioreactors - Webinar now available for download
For many benchtop bioprocessing professionals today, the use of Design of Experiment (DoE) software has become a critical element of their job. And if it has not, it will likely soon be as the use of traditional stirred tank bioreactors moves well below 1L and into screening applications. As a result of this proliferation of DoE in process development applications, a number of challenges have been introduced. Not the least of which include configuration, implementation and evaluation of increasingly complex Designs of Experiments. However, with deployment of an integrated DoE solution at the benchtop these challenges can be successfully addressed.
In this complimentary webinar held on Wednesday, October 12, 2011 we discussed the challenges overcome and the benefits achieved from integration of industry-leading DoE software JMP to the DASGIP Benchtop Bioreactor Control Platform. These include the building of DoE constructs in JMP, their subsequent seamless import to the DASGIP Bioreactor Control Platform, execution of the DoE in said platform, and successful import of the process results back into JMP for evaluation.
