Biphasic Batch Process

Scientists around Ruth Essers at Cevec Pharmaceuticals GmbH in Cologne, Germany have successfully used the DASGIP Parallel Bioreactor System for the development of a pH-based biphasic batch process. Applying these process to this human aminocyte cell line resulted in a 14-fold increase in total protein yield. The November Issue of the European Biotechnology News  reported about this application.
