Integrated Bioprocess Information Management

The increasing complexity of cultivation processes and new approaches like the FDA’s PAT initiative lead to the need of comprehensive information management tools for the large amount of data generated by such processes. These tools need to store the online process data along with descriptive key process parameters from recipes as well as external analytical data derived either during or after the process. DASGIP’s integrated tool is a straight forward approach to provide the functionality to parallel small scale bioreactor control software while staying open to integrate into 3rd party superordinate process information systems via OPC.
