DASGIP Supports Automated Sampling and Analyzer Integration

OPC representing Openness, Productivity and Collaboration defines standards for network wide exchange of real time data across different hardware platforms. The DASGIP Control OPC Edition allows a full integration of external laboratory devices such as the Groton’s ARS-M series, BioProfile Analysers and Auto Sampers from Nova Biomedicals or Innovatis Cedex Cell Counter into the DASGIP Parallel Bioreactor Control System.

DASGIP and Groton Biosystems are collaborating to integrate Groton’s online auto samplers with the DASGIP Parallel Bioreactor Systems (DASGIP Control 4.0 OPC Edition). This combination provides multi-vessel autosampler support, online integration of analyzer data, user defined feedback control strategies, and real time nutrient monitoring and control. An example for the integration of auto samplers and analysers with the DASGIP control system you will find in the following application note: Exemplarily a closed loop regulation for glucose level was implemented.
