Complete our short survey (7 multiple choice questions), and you’ll be automatically entered into our “iTUNES™ Gift Card” prize drawing. We also require that you provide us with your contact information so that we can reach you if you’re one of our lucky winners. When you submit your name and contact information, you’re automatically added to our database and entered into our prize drawing.

On July 2, 2012 we will conduct a random drawing for an “iTUNES™ Gift Card”. One winner will be randomly picked from online registrants, tradeshow entries and mail-in entries. Winners will receive:

The following terms and conditions govern this offer:

No Purchase Necessary. No purchase or payment of any money is necessary to enter. A purchase will not improve the chances of winning. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.

Promotion Period. The promotion begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) on April 1, 2012 and ends at 11:59 p.m. on  June 30, 2012;(the "Promotion Period"). All entries must be received during the dates and times specified in the Promotion Period.

Eligibility. To be eligible, participants must be 18 years of age or older, and a legal resident of the 50 United States, including the District of Columbia. Employees, consultants, officers, and directors of Sponsor, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising and promotional agencies, and individuals providing services to Sponsor through an outsourcer or employment agency during the Promotion Period, and any of their immediate family members (defined as parents, children, spouses, and siblings) are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

Prizes. Prizewinners (1 in total) will receive one $100 iTUNES™ gift card—retail value $100

Entry. To enter the promotion, answer 7 multiple choice questions online between April 1, 2012 and June 30, 2012. If you take our survey and prefer not to enter the promotion, send an email with your name and the words UNREGISTER in the subject line to biotools@dasgip.com

Individuals also may enter by printing the survey, hand-printing their name, complete address, daytime phone number and email address (if available) and handing it to a DASGIP employee or mailing it to: DASGIP BioTools, 151 Memorial Drive, Suite B, Shrewsbury, MA  01545 Attention iTUNES Gift Card Drawing. Entries must be postmarked and received during the Promotion Period. Limit one postcard entry per person and envelope. Limit one prize per person.

Drawings and Notification of Winners. Each winner will be selected by a random chance drawing. The chances of winning depend on the number of entries received. Drawings will be conducted by Sponsor, whose decisions shall be final. All prizes will be awarded. One prize will be awarded for the Promotion Period April to June, 2012.
Sponsor will notify winners by email and/or U.S. Mail at the address provided on the DASGIP online registration form or mail-in entry form no later than thirty (30) days following each drawing.

Acceptance of any prize constitutes a winner's consent to Sponsor's and its designees' use of the winner's name, photograph, likeness, voice, prize information and biographical information for publicity and promotional purposes without further compensation where permitted by law.

The  name of the winner will be available August 1, 2012. Individuals may send a request in writing for the prize winner list; they should include a self-addressed, stamped envelope with their name and address and mail it to: DASGIP BioTools, , 151 Memorial Drive, Suite B, Shrewsbury, MA  01545 Attention iTUNES Gift Card Drawing Winner List. 

Conditions of Participation. By entering this promotion or accepting any prize, you agree to abide by these rules and any decision Sponsor makes regarding this promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify and prosecute to the fullest extent permitted by law any participant or winner who, in Sponsor's reasonable suspicion, tampers with Sponsor's site or the entry process, intentionally submits more entries than permissible or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

SPONSOR MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING ANY PRIZE OR YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION, AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT, IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION, TO SUSPEND OR CANCEL THE PROMOTION, OR ALTER THE RULES, IF AT ANY TIME A COMPUTER VIRUS, TECHNICAL PROBLEM OR OTHER UNFORSEEABLE EVENT ALTERS OR CORRUPTS THE ADMINISTRATION OR PROMOTION.

Limit of Liability. Privacy. Sponsor collects personal information from you when you register with DASGIP online and enter this promotion. DASGIP will not share this information with any third parties.

Governing Law. This promotion and the rights and obligations of Sponsor and participants will be governed by and controlled by the laws of the State of Massachusetts, applicable to contracts made and performed therein without reference to the applicable choice of law provisions. All actions, proceedings, or litigation relating hereto will be instituted and prosecuted solely within the State of Massachusetts. The parties consent to the jurisdiction of the state courts of Massachusetts and federal court located with such state and county with respect to any action, dispute, or other matter pertaining to or arising out of this promotion.
