DASGIP AG was created in 1991 and is still led by three graduates of the RWTH Aachen University all of whom hold PhDs in different disciplines:

- Dr. Thomas Drescher, Chief Executive Officer
- Dr. Matthias Arnold, Executive Board Member
- Dr. Falk Schneider, Executive Board Member

North American Management

The North American business has been led since 2003 by an experienced international sales engineering professional who also holds a PhD:
