Installation

In addition to support during installation, each customer receives thorough instructions on operation of the DASGIP system in order to quickly achieve optimal results.

As an DIN EN ISO 9001-certified provider, DASGIP has uniform procedures and quality assurance standards in place, not only for production, but also for setup and startup of the bioreactor system. All systems are completely assembled in-house and undergo factory acceptance testing. In addition, DASGIP technicians conduct site acceptance testing on each system at the location.

Depending on regulatory requirements, DASGIP also offers expanded documentation and testing as part of the installation and startup (IQ/OQ) and during subsequent phases of operation.

To ensure a high level of long-term customer satisfaction on an international basis, DASGIP works with select sales partners on the west coast of the United States and in Asia (including Australia).
