Gassing Systems
DASGIP Gassing Systems provide high precision mass flow controlled gas supply and gas mixing as well as economic rotameter set-up. Integrated in DASGIP Parallel Bioreactor Systems or operated stand-alone, DASGIP Gassing Systems provide leading edge gas supply technology for small scale bioreactors:
- Mass flow control
- High accuracy in gas flow rate and gas composition
- Up to four inlet gasses and four outlet gas mixtures
- Gas splitting to sparge and submerse
- Maximum flow rates ranging 50sL/h to 5000sL/h
- Support of pressure sensors for disposable bag operation
Operated as stand-alone units, DASGIP Gas Mixing and Gas Supply Systems are widely used in GMP small scale production.
