DASGIP Off-Gas Analyzer GA4 features four parallel analyzer trains for simultaneous operation. Exhaust Oxygen (XO2) and Carbon Dioxide (XCO2) concentrations of multiple bioreactors are continuously monitored and analyzed. An integrated Mass Flow sensor allows online calculation and monitoring of oxygen transfer rate (OTR), carbon dioxide transfer rate (CTR) and respiration quotient (RQ).
Optionally the Off-Gas Analyzer can be equipped with an analog input/output interface for easy integration into 3rd party systems. O2 and CO2 bioreactor inlet concentrations can be received as analog input, measured O2 and CO2 off-gas concentrations as well as calculated OTR and CTR can be transmitted as analog output signals back to a bioreactor controller.
